now probably should be writing about the statements of Evan Williams about their plans to start making money Twitter from the first quarter of 2009, but this afternoon has crossed a tweet that has caused me more concern and that, perhaps, to just being related to the former. It turns out that
@ ling has bought a computer in FNAC and the laptop has gone bad ... 9 days after purchase (warranty in hand) is presented in the FNAC to request a change ...
... and it seems (do not know the details) have not wanted to change the computer but were referred to Support ...
twitterers
... as well have used this support to channel their anger ...
My first reaction was (and I told you) think that FNAC will not have a tracking system of corporate reputation on Twitter to let you know that your customers think of their service, therefore, friend , your only serve to anger off your chest ...
... but thanks to a reflection in a tweet from @ qtorb (... but it is good to know what is FNAC crappy when you have a problem with a brand new laptop ..!: () 've been thinking ...
- Use Twitter to express the appreciation of a service or not, as in this case, it serves mainly to people that is all around you (your followers), and in case these remarks on it, also those around them (coming to the followers of your followers) to know about this news and, therefore, recorded in his mind a positive or negative input of the mark .
- If it is true, as it seems, that we trust over what is said of brands and products from people "close" to us that what we see in advertisements, this input may be relevant to those who have read it. Surely
- coverage of the complaint is not very big ... but the few who get them to serve, at best, conditional intentions future purchase these products
To see if the end companies such as FNAC will have to end up hiring one of the payment services speculated that Twitter is going to get in early which is aimed at companies to perform and monitor trends and opinions of brand?
or
do best, only serves to complain @ ling and some we find out and decide not to purchase a laptop at FNAC for what might be?
This is the magic of Twitter
A new window
